New York, US – The IFN US Forum is back with its third edition that will welcome industry professionals to PwC on the 19th October.
Organized by REDmoney events, the IFN US Forum will once again bring together a stellar lineup of speakers comprising senior industry players, asset and fund managers, as well as jurists, to explore the exciting Shariah finance opportunities the country has to offer, discuss the biggest market trends and debate hard-hitting topics ranging from innovative real estate deals to agriculture and livestock investments. The forum will open with a keynote address from Kevin S Parker, a senator at the New York State Senate.
The first session will provide an overview of the US Islamic finance landscape, aiming to offer attendees with an opportunity to equip themselves with the latest developments in the country, as well as an outlook on the future growth of the sector. A panel of experts comprising Junaid Wahedna, CEO of Wahed Invest and Kal Elsayed, CEO of Guidance Residential will also share views on Islamic fintech’s latest developments in key markets as regulators in Malaysia, Bahrain and the UAE, among others, are slowly but surely introducing new regulations to address the challenges introduced by fintech companies.

The Haifa International Film Festival is held each year during the holiday of Sukkot on the ridge of Mount Carmel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The Festival was founded in 1983 and was the first of its kind in Israel. Over the years, the Festival became the biggest and most important film celebration in Israel. The festival attracts some 300,000 visitors, who attend 280 screenings of new films from all over the world, 70 of which are Israeli, from all genres, presented by their creators.
