Speaking about brand power are three powerhouses: Seth Dallaire, vice president of global advertising sales & marketing at Amazon Media Group; Andre Fonseca, vice president of digital marketing at Walt Disney Studios; and Mark LaNeve, vice president of U.S. marketing, sales and service at Ford Motor Co. A state of the industry review will be presented by a team of J.D. Power experts, led by Thomas King, vice president of PIN OEM Operations. Other informative breakout sessions will feature presenters from Fox Networks, Twitter, Mazda and more.

Customer experience experts take the stage, including Jaime Weston, senior vice president of marketing, creative and branding at the National Football League; Grad Conn, general manager and CMO at Microsoft; and Harry Hynekamp, general manager of customer experience at Mercedes-Benz USA. Speakers on the topic of loyalty & advocacy include Janet Souter, vice president of quality at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co.; Michael Teicher, EVP of media sales at 20th Television; Tom Peyton, AVP of marketing operations at American Honda Motor Co. Inc., and a special guest interview of Gary Newman, chairman and CEO of Fox Network Group. Breakout sessions also highlight the day.
